Some of our Code Club members represented Tufnell Park at the annual Islington Celebration of Computing event at the Emirates Stadium on the 18th of January. This year our enthusiastic coders showed their version of the traditional game ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ using micro:bits and some music created with Sonic Pi. Their enthusiasm was noted at the event, which was attended by representatives of over 40 primary and secondary schools in Islington. This event is now a permanent fixture in our school calendar, and provides an opportunity for our pupils not only to present and share the work they do using technology, but also to see what other school children are doing in the borough. Well done to everyone who attended this year.
